Minneapolis, Minn. - Freshman Forward Jack Seamans (‘01) and his SUNY Canton Roos finished 12-13-0 overall in 2022-2023. 

The Medicine Lake, Minnesota native and former Captain for the Mullets tallied 3 goals and 3 assists in 21 contests for the Roos. 

Seamans registered his first career NCAA point at Castleton University on November 5, 2022 when he assisted on the second goal of the game. The Roos would go on to win 5-4 that night. 

Seamans notched his first career NCAA goal on January 11, 2023 at home versus SUNY Potsdam. His goal broke a 1-1 tie in the second period and sparked the Roos to a 4-2 victory. 

His final tally came at home in a 4-3 win versus Anna Marie College on January 28, 2023.
